Twice a month, a small group of educators sits at Nichoela's table. Candles lit. Tea prepared. The L.I.V.E. Reset™ in practice.

We talk about what sustainability actually looks like — not in theory, but in the real life of someone who teaches every day and chooses to keep showing up fully.

This is not a support group. It is not crisis management. It is a room of educators who decided to control their evenings — and everything that follows.

Some seats are at the table in person. Some join by invitation via Zoom. All conversations are real.

You Request an Invitation
Tell us one sentence — why you intend to last as an educator. That is all we need. Nichoela reads every response personally.

If there is a seat for you, you will hear from Nichoela directly. She will send you the date, time, and details — in person or Zoom depending on your location.

You Come to the Table
Bring your journal. Come as you are. The tea is waiting. The Rectangle is not a performance — it is a practice. You will leave different than you arrived.
